After a large tree was uprooted and fell across my yard during a wind storm Tony Elmore quickly responded to a call to check out the situation. I was quite concerned about the possibility of two other trees coming down in the near future. Tony and the crew did a great job removing 4 trees and cleaning up from those 4 and the fallen tree. The crew members were great to interact with and careful about the neighboring property. They even padded windows just in case falling limbs may cause damage. All of this work was done efficiently and with care. Thank you for being so responsive and your excellent work!

Tony and the Elmore crew did a very good job removing a large dead tree on very tight city lot near houses, and pruning large failing branches from another tree overhanging the garage. They coordinated with NYSEG to have a power line temporarily disconnected, took the tree down in pieces onto a small landing zone and power was restored in a few hours. They chipped all brush, ground down the stump and hauled out everything. Well Done!

Although it was difficult to get a commitment from them for a date when they would schedule my job, when the Elmore crew unexpectedly showed up (four months after accepting my deposit), I was very satisfied with the pruning and cleanup of my six trees.

Meeting with an arborist was excellent. Tony's knowledge and vision for what we needed was well communicated to us and his team.The team was very friendly and verified the work before starting. They expertly and efficiently dropped two trees and started cleanup right away. I was impressed at how well organized they were. I appreciated the quality of safety gear and team work to get the job done.One word of advice.. pay for the cleanup. They even used leaf blowers to clean up the wood chips!Also, a baby bird fell out of the nest so the team put it in a safe location and kept an eye on it! Talk about care for the environment! Happy to report the parents found it and the baby is doing great!

At the first meeting I was presented with a folder with all the business' options and discounts. When time came to do the job , the crew was on time, worked very well, cleaned the job site well and was careful around the other plants and trees. I highly recommend this business!

We got a dumpster for our pre move clean out. Elmore had the best prices for what we needed by a Longshot. I was so impressed by their customer service.. they were so nice and easy to deal with. We got the dumpster for 5 days I think.. ended up having it for 6. Price was exactly what they quoted. Definitely using them again if we ever need a dumpster.

They came at 4pm. And at 7:45 the 45ft pine tree was down cut up chipped away all cleaned up , wouldn't even know they were here. It was the owner and his son that did the job. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat.Very polite. & kind

They quoted me a price far less than the other company and they did a fantastic job, including a little extra trimming of dead lower branches from 3 spruce trees. Cleaned up so well that you'd never even know they'd been here. Professional, courteous and I'll definitely use them again, as needed.

It was a pleasure working with this highly skilled and very professional team. They took down one approximately 90 ft tree very near the houseand another very large tree further away. Their equipment was alsoimpressive. I was very happy that they kept me informed about all of thesteps. They left the yard looking far better than they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a Blue Spruce that was leaning pretty far, with roots exposed and needed to find someone to take it out. Tony came out and took a look, took notes and said he'd send over a quote. He was really understanding that I was trying to save money and let me ask a bunch of questions and get different options of what I could do myself versus having him do it.They were the only company in the area that had "reserved" days for extreme issues (like our leaning tree) and were able to get out that week when everyone else was at least 6-8 weeks out.His crew showed up and were respectful and got the job done. Even when they had some small issues, they resolved them and still got the job done on time.After the trees we actually hired them to build up a shed pad for us for a shed that was going to be 14ft x 30ft, which included them having to come back on an off day because the stone center had closed early. The shed pad came out great and when the shed company delivered they even remarked "Finally, a good shed pad!" and asked who had done it.I recommend Elmore Enterprise to my neighbors when they ask, and would use them again in the future if needed. Thanks again!

We used Elmore Enterprises for dumpster rental. The delivery was fast and the driver took the time to find the best placement to both make loading easy and protect our yard which we greatly appreciated! Service was quick - we had a dumpster within two days of our original inquiry - just one day after we confirmed the order. The staff who worked with us were friendly, flexible and really helpful. They explained the process and the materials that were allowed and it all went very smoothly. Very happy with the service we received. Will use again.

These guys were great all around! They quoted a good price and a reasonable turn around time and then more than delivered. They were right on schedule and did an excellent, thoughtful and thorough job. The owner and the foreman on the site were personable and very competent. I will certainly use Elmore Enterprises again and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree & stump removal and/or grading & seeding.

They did a great job and I highly recommend them. We had a large section of tree trunk fall on our roof. It was almost at the start of a holiday weekend, but they made time to come out, provide an estimate and do the work. They were highly professional and removed the trunk efficiently and safely. Their clean-up was super. Tony took the time to explain the process and even talk about why that particular tree was vulnerable to breaking in that way. I was very pleased with this company.

We rented a dumpster to clean out years of "stuff" and they were great to work with. Responsive to questions, was able to secure a date quickly, drop off and pick up were seamless.Two suggestions would be to provide a cost sheet on the website and to confirm whether or not the weight of the dumpster was over, as that results in an additional fee - which left us wondering whether we were good or owed more.

I have to say this has been one of my best contracted out service calls. Tony and his team did an exceptional job being careful with a 50 foot ash tree while also making sure that none of our surrounding gardens were impacted. I would recommend Elmore Enterprises to anyone who needs tree removal!
